A global executive with business experience, Malini specializes in Learning & Organizational Development. She focuses on diagnosis, design, development and delivery in the realms of leadership, diversity, culture, executive coaching and talent management processes. She has provided OD solutions and designed and deployed workshops for global participants all over the US, in EMEA including the Czech Republic, and in the Asia Pacific region including China, India and Singapore.
Malini is a global HR executive with over 25 years of business experience. She has served as an Executive Coach at all levels of the organization, with an ability to see patterns in assessments and bridge cultural gaps. She can deliver a variety of learning options, including virtual learning.
Recent clients include Bose, Ernst & Young, Merck, Telcordia, MetLife, BNP Paribas, Campbell Soups, Credit Suisse, Pinnacle Health, Novartis, Deloitte & Touche, General Electric, LL Bean, Pfizer, NetApp & Travelocity.
A native of Bangalore, India, Malini is fluent in three languages and has a working knowledge of Mandarin.
She has held strategic roles in Finance and HR. She served as Director of Corporate Functional & Leadership Learning, responsible for the design and delivery of all Leadership, Diversity, HR & Finance programs for employees on a global basis. She has developed and deployed leadership programs that combined cultural components with learning around differences.
Malini is certified in several feedback instruments: Leadership assessment, Global cultural assessments, Myers Briggs Indicator (MBTI), and Stephen Covey's Seven Habits. She is a certified Six Sigma Greenbelt.
Malini graduated with high honors from the Executive MBA program at Thunderbird School of Global Management. She also ranked first in the school of business with a BS from Indiana University in Accounting & English Literature and is a Certified Public Accountant. Malini lives with her family in Randolph, New Jersey.
